What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers:

• Defects in Materials or Workmanship: If your GarageMax Torsion Spring fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the spring at no cost to you.

• Free Replacement: Should your spring fail under normal use due to material defects, we will provide a free replacement part, ensuring your garage door operates as intended.

What Our Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Installation: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by installation, nor does it cover installation by a contractor who is not within our network. We strongly recommend one of our professional installation by our qualified technician to ensure optimal performance and safety. Parts Lifetime Warranty is void after installations of any sort.

• Wear and Tear from Overuse: While our springs are designed to last up to 20,000 cycles, they will eventually wear out depending on the frequency of use. The warranty does not cover the natural aging of the spring due to normal wear.

• Damage Due to External Factors: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or any external factors beyond our control, such as weather-related damage, corrosion, or rust caused by exposure to the elements.

• Modification or Abuse: Any modification or misuse of the product will void the warranty.
